Butler Camp - Outdoor Summer Fun!

WELCOME to Butler Camp 2012.

Thank you for choosing Butler Camp to give your child a fun and exciting summer.  We have provided a few suggestions to ease the registration process before you proceed.

Payment Plans for Butler Camp 2012

Butler Camp is now offering families the option of a “Payment Plan” to help manage camp fees.  If you are interested in using this option, instead of full payment of fees:

  • Continue to the “Online Registration” web link below to register your camper(s).
  • After selecting the camp program(s) and services (if needed), please contact our Business Manager, Scott Chidakel, at 301-977-6600, to set up a payment plan for your family. Do not “Proceed to Payment” when directed to do so during online registration.

Please note: while there is camp on July 4th,there will be no extended PM Care on July 4th.

We have also added a new route and new stops to our bus service.  Some of the new stops include: Arora Hills Park, Medimmune area, Milestone Shopping Center, Northwest HS, Quince Orchard HS, Travilah Square and Washingtonian Woods.   Details on these routes can be found in the “Camp FAQs” section of our website.

Remember that we offer campers “Free Pizza on Fridays”, a perennial favorite with both campers and parents!

For families who only need partial or occasional extended care, “Drop-In Care” will be available. Families can request this service throughout the summer as needed. More information on this service is available in the Parent Handbook, located on our camp website (an updated 2012 version will be available in late May).

To enroll your camper(s), you will need the following items before you begin registration:

  • Date of last tetanus shot
  • Payment Information
    • Discover, MasterCard or Visa
    • Banking information for e-check payments, such as routing number and checking account number
  • Application Fee – For each camper, you MUST select “2012 Application Fee” ($25).  If this is overlooked or not chosen, a charge to your credit card or bank account will be made by the Business Office.

  • None at this time; information will be updated when full enrollment occurs in programs.
