Nicki Parnell was introduced to vaulting at the relatively late age of 21 when she joined Great Falls Vaulters. After competing for only 3 months (as a “trot kid”), she was hooked on vaulting! While continuing to compete at the” Copper” level, Nicki has enjoyed coaching competitive Novice, Trot and Para-vaulters as well as recreational vaulters of all ages – from tiny tots to their mothers. She loves to emphasize harmony with the horse and to find ways to make vaulting fun!
In addition to her vaulting experience, Nicki has gained valuable experience as a full-time working student as well as a therapeutic riding instructor. An avid rider and traveler in her spare time, she graduated from Hood College in May 2010, and is currently working as a Graduate Assistant and applying to veterinary school.
