Grandparents’ and Special Friends’ Day

Join us on Monday, October 13 and experience one of our students’ favorite events...a morning with a grandparent or a special family friend! Visitors enjoy a sneak peek into the children’s world at Butler Montessori.

9:15–10:15 am:

• Intermediate/High School 
• Primary/Elementary, last names A-M*

10:30–11:30 am:

• Primary/Elementary, last names N-Z*
• Young Children’s Community

* If this time conflicts with another session, please attend the other Primary/Elementary slot.

Please note:

• The Nido (infants) community does not participate in this event.

• Intermediate/High School will only host one session (9:15–10:30). Feel free to visit with younger siblings afterward with RSVP..

• Young Children's Community will only host one session (10:30–11:30). Feel free to visit with older siblings beforehand with RSVP.

RAIN DATE: Tuesday, October 14, 2025 (same times)

We will email by Sunday evening IF we need to use the Rain Date

What if my child doesn’t have a grandparent nearby? Children love to host visitors during this fun Butler tradition. If a grandparent is unavailable, parents may invite another family member or friend to come that day. We want to make sure each student enjoys this day with a loved one.

ASSISTANCE: Our campus is very hilly with a lot of stairs. Please let us know if you will require assistance with your RSVP by September 30th!
