I am experimenting to see how the static pages are different from the landing pages, which seem to be the only two options available for adding pages other than blog posts.
My options seem to be similar to what I can create in an email.

It seems I have to do each of these manually. My original image was 300x300 which is what was suggested for the blog post author image. I also have to manually insert a mailto: link for the email address.
